Dagens middag bestod av ovnsbakt kyllingfilet fylt med soltørkede tomater, hvitløk og feta.

Dy trenger:
1 løk
Litt brokkoli
Kyllingfilet
Hvitløk
Feta ost
Soltørkede Tomater
Olje
Bacon

Sett ovnen på 200 grader.

Smør den ildfaste formen og dekk den med løk og brokkoli.
Fyll lommen i fileèn med feta, hvitløk og solt tomater.
Surr 2 skiver bacon rundt slik at alt holder seg på plass.

Sett hele herligheten inn i ovnen og la den stå i 30 - 35 min, spørs hvor tykke fileène er.




Jeg serverte dette sammen med Blomkålpureè og Indisk ris
